Midland Civitan Canada Day Tournament

Many thanks to all the teams, volunteers and sponsors that helped to make this tournament a success.  The Huronia Braves played hard and came away with many successes at the close of the tournament. 

The Bantam team played on Saturday June 27th and ended up with a bronze medal finish followed by the Novice team that made it to the championship game and won the gold! 

On Sunday June 28th the Midget team ended up with a 4th place finish overall thus closing off the weekend activities. 

On Wednesday July 1st The Tyke team made it to the Championship game and were awarded a Silver medal for their hard word.  Following the tykes onto the floor were the PeeWee team that also ended up in the Championship game for their division and worked hard to result in another gold medal for all their efforts!

Midget Champions!

Congratulations to the Midgets on the win in Stayner on Sunday June 14th!  What a start to all the Division wins.  Thanks a lot to all the Players, Bench Staff & Parents for their support.  


Tyke Champions!

Following up on the winning weekend the Huronia Braves Tyke Team won the Caledon "Bob Patching" weekend tournament June 21st with an overtime win of 6-5 over Halton Hills.  Thanks to all the Bench Staff and Parents for their support of the Braves.  Congratulations Team!


Peewee Champions

On Sunday June 21 the peewee team attended the Stayner Fair Play tournament. The peewee team faced Center Wellington and then Stayner where they came away with shut-out wins 11-0 and 13-0 to earn a spot in the championship game. The team faced a strong Kawartha Lakes team but came away with a 4-0 shut out win. Congratulations to the players and bench staff. 


Tournament Champions

On Saturday June 20 the Novice rep team attended the Stayner Fair Play Tournament. The Novice team came out strong and beat Milton in game 1 and Welland in game 2 to advance to the championship game. The novice team again came out strong taking a commanding lead and went on to beat Stayner to take the championship for the second year in a row. Congratulations to all players and bench staff.
